BOOKING CONDITIONS
- A deposit of 100GBP is required to reserve a booking. Once this has been received, a contract will be established
between the Client and the Owner.
- The deposit is accepted as part payment for the rental and is non-returnable. The balance of the payment is required one
month prior to the arrival date.
- In the event of cancellation of the booking, the deposit will be retained and, if the booking is cancelled in the month prior
to the booking, the Owner reserves the right to retain full payment for the contractual period.
- The Owner takes no responsibility for strikes, floods, airport closures and any other event beyond their control.
- A security deposit of 100GBP is required in case of damage or loss to the property and contents. This sum does not limit
the Client’s liability to the Owner. Deposit must be paid on arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
- Pets are not allowed on site at the gite and smoking is not allowed inside the gite.
- Prices quoted include the cost of accommodation, electricity and fuel, linen and towels and a welcome pack.
- The Owner will do whatever is reasonably possible to meet the requirements of the Client, but reserves the right to vary
or cancel the arrangement following events beyond their control. Any compensation paid to the Client arising from such alterations
or cancellations shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.
- Whilst the gite is insured for public liability, it is strongly recommended that Clients have a comprehensive travel
insurance policy (including cancellation cover) to cover medical expenses and the loss of personal belongings.
- The rental period begins at 3.30pm on the first day of the booking and finishes at 10.30am on the final day of the
booking.
Changeover day is normally Saturday.
- Confirmation and payment of the deposit deems that the Client agrees to these booking conditions.
- La Miniere Gite is not suitable for disabled visitors.
